Terms of Service

The purpose of these terms is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Seekers Inc. (hereinafter "Company") and users regarding the use of services provided by the Company, as well as other necessary matters.

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these terms is to define the conditions and procedures for using services provided by Seekers Inc. (hereinafter "Company"), the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users, and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" means all security solutions, products, consulting, and related services provided by the Company.
  • "User" means members and non-members who access the Company's services and receive services provided by the Company in accordance with these terms.
  • "Member" means a person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company, continuously receives information from the Company, and can continuously use the services.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

  • These terms apply to all users who wish to use the services.
  • The Company may amend these terms if necessary within the scope that does not violate relevant laws.
  • When the terms are amended, the Company will post the changes in the service notice section from 7 days before the effective date.

Chapter 2 Service Use

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services.

  • Cloud security solutions (CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, CIEM, etc.)
  • Security operations solutions (SIEM, SOAR, XDR, etc.)
  • AI-based security services
  • Security consulting and SI services
  • Other services determined by the Company

Article 5 (Service Hours)

Services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle, unless there are special business or technical difficulties. However, services may be temporarily suspended on days or times determined by the Company for regular maintenance.

Article 6 (Service Modification and Suspension)

  • The Company may modify all or part of the services if there is a valid reason.
  • Service provision may be temporarily suspended in case of force majeure such as natural disasters or national emergencies.

Chapter 3 Obligations and Responsibilities

Article 7 (Company's Obligations)

  • The Company shall not engage in acts prohibited by relevant laws and these terms or contrary to public morals.
  • The Company shall have a security system in place to protect personal information so that users can safely use the services.
  • The Company shall not disclose or distribute users' personal information obtained in connection with service provision to third parties without consent.

Article 8 (User's Obligations)

  • Users must comply with relevant laws, the provisions of these terms, usage guidelines, and precautions announced in relation to services.
  • Users shall not use information obtained through the services for commercial purposes or allow third parties to use it through reproduction, transmission, publication, distribution, broadcasting, or other methods without prior consent from the Company.
  • Users shall not engage in prohibited acts such as stealing others' information or altering information posted by the Company in connection with service use.

Article 9 (Damages)

The Company and users are responsible for compensating if they cause damage to the other party intentionally or negligently in connection with service use. However, the Company is not responsible for damages incurred by users in connection with the use of free services.

Chapter 4 Miscellaneous

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

  • The Company is exempted from responsibility for service provision if it cannot provide services due to natural disasters or equivalent force majeure.
  • The Company is not responsible for service use difficulties due to users' fault.

Article 11 (Dispute Resolution)

  • Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and users shall be under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
  • The laws of the Republic of Korea shall apply to lawsuits filed between the Company and users.

Supplementary Provisions

These terms are effective from December 1, 2024.
