The company processes personal information only within the scope specified in Article 1 (Purpose of Processing Personal Information) and provides personal information to third parties only in cases that fall under Articles 17 and 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act, such as consent from the data subject or special provisions of the law.
Article 5 (Entrustment of Personal Information Processing)
The company entrusts some work for smooth personal information processing, and in accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act when signing entrustment contracts, specifies matters concerning the prohibition of processing personal information other than for the purpose of performing entrusted work, technical and managerial protective measures, restrictions on re-entrustment, management and supervision of the trustee, and liability for damages in documents such as contracts, and supervises whether the trustee processes personal information safely.
